Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1 small box sugar free lime jello
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cld water

Instructions
 

  • Pour the jello into a jug and add the boiling water and stir until dissolved. Once all the crystals have dissolved add the cold water and set aside to cool for a couple of minutes.
  • Pour the yogurt into the bowl.
  • Slowly pour the jello mixture into the yogurt in a steady stream continuing to whisk whilst you do so.
  • Whisk for a further 5 - 10 minutes until the mixture has increased in volume and is light and bubbly.
  • Spoon the mixture into individual ramekins or pots and place in the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.

  • 4 each chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup Stubbs Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup OPA Greek yogurt dressing

Instructions
 

  • Combine ranch dressing and bbq sauce.
  • Pour over chicken and let marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or more.
  • Grill chicken on BBQ until cooked.

  • 2-3 each boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 6 TBSP Franks buffalo sauce
  • 2 TBSP sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced green onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup monterrey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Boil chicken until full done and set aside too cool.
  • Once the chicken breast is cooled, shred using two forks. After all the chicken is shredded, finely dice it.
  • Please all the shredded chicken into a mixing bowl add diced celery, diced green onion and cheese. Mix well.
  • Add buffalo sauce, sriracha sauce and sour cream. Mix well.
  • Keep refrigerated until served.
