Hey there, I'm Tosha

I want to share a deeply personal story—one that encompasses struggle, determination, and ultimately, triumph. It's about shedding the weight of my past self, both physically and emotionally. The person I once was, tipping the scale at 300 pounds, no longer exists. And I'm here to celebrate the rebirth of a healthier, happier me.

I remember the countless moments when I felt trapped in my own body. Every  step was a burden, and every reflection was a reminder of the heavy weight I carried within. I longed for change, for liberation from the chains that kept me from fully living life. That's when I made the courageous decision to undergo bariatric surgery on 9/26/2013 in Tijuana, Mexico - an opportunity to reclaim my health and my future.

It wasn't an easy journey, and it certainly wasn't a quick fix. Bariatric surgery served as a tool, but the real transformation happened within my heart and mind. I faced challenges head-on, committed to reshaping not only my body but also my relationship with food, exercise, and self-love. I found strength in moments of weakness and resilience in times of doubt.

As the pounds melted away, so did the layers of self-doubt, shame, and insecurities that had consumed me for far too long. I discovered a newfound confidence—a belief in my own abilities and the endless possibilities that lay ahead. The 300-pound person who once defined my existence is now a distant memory, replaced by someone who is more vibrant, more alive, and more capable than ever before.

Losing the weight wasn't just about fitting into smaller clothes or achieving a number on the scale. It was about reclaiming my life, my health, and my happiness. It was about embracing the person I always knew I could be, hidden beneath layers of doubt and excess weight. It was about honoring the journey I embarked upon—the tears shed, the victories celebrated, and the lessons learned.

Today, I stand here with a heart full of gratitude and a spirit bursting with joy. I want to share my story, not to boast or seek validation, but to inspire others who may be on a similar path. Know that change is possible, no matter where you are in your journey. Embrace the process, embrace the challenges, and know that the person you are today is capable of incredible transformation.

To those who are still carrying the weight, both physically and emotionally, I want you to know that you are not alone. You are worthy of a life filled with joy, love, and fulfillment. Take the first step, seek support, and believe in your own power to create change. The journey may be tough, but the rewards are immeasurable.

As I bid farewell to the 300-pound version of myself, I embrace the person I've become—a testament to resilience, self-love, and the infinite capacity for growth. My journey continues, and I'm here to support you on yours. Together, let's celebrate our victories, empower each other, and embrace the beautiful transformations that await.

We are not defined by the weight we've lost, but by the strength and courage it took to begin. đź’–

My Mission

After struggling with my own regain and feeling uncomfortable in my own skin for years, I finally decided to do something about it. What started as a quest to conquer my mindset and insecurities has turned into a system that has helped thousands of women step into who they really are and confidently show up in their lives like never before and Win Against Regain!

Maybe it’s been a while since you’ve looked forward to beach season, or felt energized throughout your entire day, or felt capable and confident enough to do what you truly want.

If you’re ready to have the body you deserve and say goodbye to dieting forever, I am ready to help. You’ve tried doing it alone. Now try with someone who’s ready to bring a commitment that’s as serious as your own.

Work With Me

We’re going to get real about what’s keeping you from losing weight after your bariatric surgery.

Because the simple truth is … you probably know what to do, you’re just not doing it. I’ve been in that situation, and it sucks.

With fad diets and hard-to-follow bariatric nutrition information, the bariatric life can be a confusing place. It’s no wonder that most bariatric patients experience regain or not reaching their goal weight. You’ve probably thought or tried “pouch resets”, tried going back to your post-op plan, getting back to the basics, tried multiple “diet” programs in the past OR frankly just been LOST on how we shoud be eating as a bariatic patient.

Instead of the all-or-nothing dieting approach, I use a sustainable, practice-based philosophy to build healthy habits into your life, one day at a time.

The result? You’ll lose the weight (or regain) you haven’t been able to shed. You will develop a better relationship with food. And you’ll say goodbye to dieting, food obsessions, and body anxieties forever!

I am giving you the EXACT tools I used to lose over 20 pounds of regain and keep it off!
