Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound 93/7 lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced green onion
  • 1/2 can rotel
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • dash tobasco

Instructions
 

  • Place turkey, peppers, taco seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and Tobasco into a mixing bowl. Mix until combined.
  • Form patties. Each should weight roughly 4 ounces..
  • Once all are formed, cook until about 165 degrees or until cooked though.

  • 1 small sweet potato
  • 4 ounces shredded, chicken breast
  • 1 TBSP Franks buffalo sauce
  • 2 TBSP OPA Ranch Dressing

Instructions
 

  • *The chicken should already be cooked and shredded for this recipe.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash sweet potato and prick with a fork. Place on oven rack (or buy the microwavable sweet potatoes).
  • Let sweet potato bake. Remove when soft.
  • Heat chicken and Franks Buffalo sauce.
  • Place over sweet potato and top with OPA Ranch Dressing.

  • 2 each laughing cow cheese, mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp Franks buffalo sauce
  • 1 each english cucumber, pealed and seeded if you prefer celery, you can substitute.

Instructions
 

  • Mix chicken, laughing cow cheese wedges and buffalo sauce in small bowl. Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir thoroughly.
  • Place mixture inside cucumber boat and slice to desired eating portions.

  • 3 whole chicken breasts
  • 12 TBSP fat free feta
  • 12 TBSP Italian tomatoes, diced
  • italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Trim fat off chicken breast and slice in half long ways.
  • Season chicken with Italian seasoning.
  • Place chicken on baking sheet (use the rectangle bar from pampered chef) and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
  • Once cooked, place 2 TBSP italian diced tomatoes and 2 TBSP fat free feta on top of each one and cook 5 more minutes.
  • Enjoy!
