- 1 can Libbys 100% pumpkin
- 1 container cool whip lite
- 2 TBSP pumpkin spice
- 4 scoops unflavored protein powder I used bulk supplements brand from amazon you can also use collagen protein.
Mix all ingredients together until smooth and chill for 2 hours.
*makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
The small individual keebler pie crusts will add another 13g carbs.

Lime Fluff

- 2 cups Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1 small box sugar free lime jello
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cld water
Pour the jello into a jug and add the boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Once all the crystals have dissolved add the cold water and set aside to cool for a couple of minutes.
Pour the yogurt into the bowl.
Slowly pour the jello mixture into the yogurt in a steady stream continuing to whisk whilst you do so.
Whisk for a further 5 - 10 minutes until the mixture has increased in volume and is light and bubbly.
Spoon the mixture into individual ramekins or pots and place in the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.

Chocolate Mousse Cups

- 1/2 cup 2% low fat cottage cheese
- 2 TBSP peanut butter
- 15 grams chocolate protein powder
- 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
- stevia or sweetener of choice
Place the cottage cheese, peanut butter and unsweetened cocoa powder in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add in the protein powder and your sweetener. Blend until smooth.
Makes sure to scrape sides and blend until all ingredients are smooth.
Transfer to a serving dish, and either eat right away or refrigerate until you’d like to enjoy it.
Top with coconut or cool whip for a little extra non guilty sweetness.

Protein Chia Swirl Pudding

- 1 each chocolate premier protein shake
- 1 each caramel premier protein shake
- 1 TBSP Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding
- 1 TBSP sugar free vanilla pudding
- 6 TBSP chia seeds
For the chocolate base, pour (1) 11 ounce chocolate premier protein in a bowl and mix in 3 TBSP and 1 TBSP chocolate pudding. Whisk together.
For the caramel base, pour (1) 11 ounce caramel premier protein in a bowl and mix in 3 TBSP and 1 TBSP chocolate pudding. Whisk together.
Cover both and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
Layer equally amongst 4 serving dishes and enjoy.
There are so many possibilities with this. Another idea: use vanilla protein and vanilla pudding with PB2 and Cacao Nibs.

Rocky Road Protein Pudding

In bowl, beat chocolate pudding mix and protein with whisk for 2 minutes.
Pudding will be soft set in 5 minutes.
Once set, portion out into 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
Once set, top with 1 ounce peanuts and 1 ounce mini marshmallows and serve.

Protein Cheesecake Mousse

- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2-4 packets splenda or sweetener of choice
Place everything in a food processor and blend/mix for about 2-3 minutes, or until cottage cheese reaches an airy-mousse like consistency. Serve immediately, or chill in the fridge in a covered container!
