
Chicken Fresca
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breast split in half
- 2 cup s pico de gallo
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Mix cumin, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Lay chicken flat in a 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle with cumin, salt, pepper and garlic powder mixture evenly.
- Top with Pico de Gallo and bake for 45 minutes.
- Once chicken in cooked top with cheese and bake until melted.
