Ingredients
  

  • 3 chicken breast split in half
  • 2 cup s pico de gallo
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Mix cumin, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Lay chicken flat in a 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle with cumin, salt, pepper and garlic powder mixture evenly.
  • Top with Pico de Gallo and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Once chicken in cooked top with cheese and bake until melted.
