Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pound 93/7 lean ground beef
  • 1 each egg
  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Combine egg, cottage cheese, seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce. Mix together well.
  • Shape into 8 patties about 34 inch thick.
  • Pan-broil in hot skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  • Turn patties.
  • Pan-broil 4-5 minutes longer.
