Pumpkin Pie Shake

- 1 each vanilla premier protein
- 1/4 cup Libbys 100% pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Blend all ingredients together in blender with 5 ice cubes.
The longer you blend the thicker the shake will be.
You can also substitute the premier protein for 1 scoop whey isolate and 8 ounces of almond milk.

- 1 packet sugar free orange crush water enhancer
Blend premier protein with 1 packet orange crush. Add in 5 ice cubes and puree for 20 seconds. The longer you blend the thicker the shake will get. Mix to consistency you like.
As a substitution to premier protein you can also mix 1 scoop protein with 8 ounces almond milk
