Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1 slice high fiber wheat bread

Instructions
 

  • Spray skillet with spray oil and heat to medium/high heat.
  • As pan is warming up, saturate bread in egg whites. Keep rotating until all the liquid is absorbed.
  • Next, place bread onto the het pan and sear egg batter for roughly 45-60 seconds on each side.
  • Lastly, turn heat down to medium and let cook for about 1 minute on each side so there is no raw egg in the middle.
  • Top with Walden Farms syrup or Sugar Free syrup and spray butter.
