Garlic Parmesan Chicken

  • 4 each boneless, skinless chicken breast about 8 ounces each
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup plan, non fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Spray a baking dish with non stick cooking spray and arrange chicken in the dish side by side and top with foil.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Take out the chicken and top with the mixture and bake another 20 minutes.
