
Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 each boneless, skinless chicken breast about 8 ounces each
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup plan, non fat greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a baking dish with non stick cooking spray and arrange chicken in the dish side by side and top with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Take out the chicken and top with the mixture and bake another 20 minutes.
