Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, combine parmesan, garlic, marinara, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until combined, then gently for into chicken.
  3. Spoon mixture into halved bell peppers (remove seeds and membranes) and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Pour chicken broth into baking dish (to help peppers steam) and cover with foil.
  5. Bake until peppers are tender, 55 minutes to 1 hour. Uncover and broil 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley.

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Add the ground chicken, cheese and Italian seasoning to a bowl. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
  3. Place the mixture on a piece of parchment paper and spread into a pizza shape about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Place the pizza crust and parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Take out and flip over, add your favorite topping then bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool slightly. Slice and serve.
  7. *Watch when you put your toppings on to keep it low fat.
