Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 9x11 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Heat pan to medium heat, add the spinach and wilt, about 2 minutes.
  4. Beat the eggs and egg whites with salt and pepper to taste. Add in the spinach and onion and mix evenly.
  5. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish and bake for about 45 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes before cutting into equal parts.
  6. **To add in more protein add in some chicken breakfast sausage.

Instructions
  1. When you purchase your flank steak, ask the meat department to run it through the tenderizer for you.
  2. Preheat over to 335.
  3. Lay out flank steak and cover with spinach.
  4. Cover spinach with feta.
  5. Rull up flank steak and use toothpicks to hold in place.
  6. Bake for 45 min at 335 degrees for medium rare.

Instructions
  1. On medium heat, coat a frying pan with cooking spray.
  2. When hot, add your egg whites, salt and pepper to taste and whisk roughly until fully cooked. Egg whites should form a patty when cooked.
  3. Add your fresh spinach and cover for 1-2 minutes, until wilted. Set aside.
  4. Lay open your tortilla shell and spread with laughing cow cheese wedge.
  5. Add your egg whites, wilted spinach, sun dried tomatoes and crumbled feta and wrap up, cut in half and serve.
  6. If making in a batch, allow the egg whites and spinach to cool completely before assembling. Wraps can be frozen.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 335 degrees.
  2. Brown the chicken sausage.
  3. Dice onion. Then mix egg whites, onion, mushrooms, feta and cottage cheese into a bowl.
  4. When chicken sausage is done cooking, add spinach to blanch.
  5. Spray cooking spray on 9x13 baking pan.
  6. Pour pour chicken sausage and spinach and spread on the button of the pan.
  7. Pour liquid eggs whites, onion, mushrooms, feta and cottage cheese over the top.
  8. Bake for 55 minutes or until edges turn golden and center is solid.
