Instructions
  1. Cook turkey.
  2. Stir in coleslaw mix, garlic, aminos and stir.
  3. Top with green onions and drizzle with more aminos.
  4. This is also served great together with cauliflower rice.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.

  3. In a bowl, mix mustard, oil, and Italian seasoning.

  4. Salt and Pepper the pork chops to your liking.

  5. Brush both sides of the pork chops with mixture.

  6. Then , sprinkle both sides of pork chops with parmesan cheese.

  7. Place pork chops of the baking sheet.

  8. Bake about 15 minutes.
