
Pumpkin Pie Shake
Ingredients
- 1 each vanilla premier protein
- 1/4 cup Libbys 100% pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in blender with 5 ice cubes.
- The longer you blend the thicker the shake will be.
- You can also substitute the premier protein for 1 scoop whey isolate and 8 ounces of almond milk.
