- 8 whole eggs
- 16 ounces egg whites
- 1 pound ground chicken sausage
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Generously coat a 9x13 sheet pan pan with non-stick spray. I used the Pampered Chef medium sheet pan.
- Cook your ground chicken sausage until cooked. Or you can use whatever protein you like.
- Mix all of your ingredients together.
- Pour in sheet pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
