  1. Blend premier protein with 1 packet orange crush. Add in 5 ice cubes and puree for 20 seconds. The longer you blend the thicker the shake will get. Mix to consistency you like.
  2. As a substitution to premier protein you can also mix 1 scoop protein with 8 ounces almond milk
