Spray skillet with spray oil and heat to medium/high heat.
As pan is warming up, saturate bread in egg whites. Keep rotating until all the liquid is absorbed.
Next, place bread onto the het pan and sear egg batter for roughly 45-60 seconds on each side.
Lastly, turn heat down to medium and let cook for about 1 minute on each side so there is no raw egg in the middle.
Top with Walden Farms syrup or Sugar Free syrup and spray butter.
