Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place chicken in a large self closing plastic bag in marinade.
  3. Marinate of rum to 3 hours for stronger flavor.
  4. Cook for 55 minutes.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine yogurt, parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  3. Spread mixture over chicken.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is browned.

Instructions
  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill
  2. In a small bowl, mix taco seasoning mix, the ranch dip mix, sour cream, and 2 TBSP green onions. Stir to completely blend.
  3. Add chicken and mixture to gallon bag and marinate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Place chicken on the grill over medium heat, and cook 30-40 minutes, turning every 6-7 minutes.

Instructions
  1. Boil chicken until full done and set aside too cool.
  2. Once the chicken breast is cooled, shred using two forks. After all the chicken is shredded, finely dice it.
  3. Please all the shredded chicken into a mixing bowl add diced celery, diced green onion and cheese. Mix well.
  4. Add buffalo sauce, sriracha sauce and sour cream. Mix well.
  5. Keep refrigerated until served.
