Instructions
  1. Place the cottage cheese, peanut butter and unsweetened cocoa powder in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add in the protein powder and your sweetener. Blend until smooth. Makes sure to scrape sides and blend until all ingredients are smooth.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish, and either eat right away or refrigerate until you’d like to enjoy it. Top with coconut or cool whip for a little extra non guilty sweetness.

Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredient together and portion out in 1/4 cup serving sizes into a greased muffin pan. I used Wilton or Pampered chef brownie pan.

  3. Cook approx 15-17 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not overcook or they will turn rock hard from the protein powder.

  4. Refrigerate!

  1. In 1 bowl, beat chocolate pudding mix and protein with whisk for 2 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat white chocolate pudding mix and protein with whisk for 2 minutes.
  3. Pudding wil be soft set in 5 minutes.
  4. Once set, portion out into 8 servings with 1/4 cup of each type of pudding.
