Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients into a resealable container and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate overnight
  3. By morning the chia seeds will have expanded and the oats softened.
  4. This is a basic recipe. You can add PB2,Flax seeds, Walden Farms chocolate or caramel sauce or dip, any type of berry etc. Experiment and enjoy!
