Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray. (I use the brownie pan from Pampered Chef for my meal prep).
  3. Fill each compartment 3/4 full with egg whites.
  4. Next, add 1 TBSP diced ham and 1 tsp shredded cheese to each compartment.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until done.
  6. Be creative with the recipe to add a variety of meats and vegetables.

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Grease pancake pan with spray oil. (You can use a muffin pan as a substitution for a pancake pan) and pour evenly in all compartments.
  3. Bake at 320 for 10 minutes
  4. Use a small spatula to remove from the pan.
  5. Top with spray butter and Walden Farms Syrup or sugar free maple syrup.
