Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Fry in a pan with a little spray oil low to medium heat.
  3. Flip with a spatula once bubbles start to appear. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
  4. Top with Walden Farms syrup or sugar free syrup to keep it lower carb. Use spray butter to keep it lower fat.
